Highfield Level 2 NVQ Diploma in Customer Service
Duration: 1 year
Price: £2900 – Deposit of £500 – 10 month payment plan of £240 per month
No formal qualifications are required, however you must work in a supportive role which involves direct contact with customers.
Qualification will include
- NVQ in Customer Service at Level 2
- ESQ in Communication, Application of Number and Digital Literacy (Wales only).
