Entry Requirements

No formal qualifications are required, however you must work in a supportive role which involves direct contact with customers.

Qualification will include

  • NVQ in Customer Service at Level 2
  • ESQ in Communication, Application of Number and Digital Literacy (Wales only).
  • ERR
