An exciting opportunity for qualified or unqualified individuals to join a rapidly growing and successful training company in various occupational routes. Routes include; beauty therapy, nail services, massage, advanced beauty techniques, hairdressing and barbering.
The Role
The Training Consultant will be responsible for creating an individualised, unique learner journey for a classroom of learners, recognising and tailoring the delivery to match their identified needs and requirements. The purpose of the role is to extend and develop a skilled, capable and confident workforce to deliver a quality service for all clients via engaging training programmes which inspire learners.
Job Requirements
The successful candidate will be organised, structured, be able to manage their workload effectively and work on their own initiative. Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, are required and the ability to demonstrate integrity, be trustworthy and a role model for learners. Ideally the candidate will have previous experience in training and apprenticeship delivery and/or must have a minimum of 5 years industry experience.
You will need a high level of written and spoken English, A1 L3 Award in Assessing Candidates, IQA V1 L4 Award, PTLLS L3 or other relevant professional qualification is desirable but not essential.
